This program aims to develop you – a young, ambitious, innovative individual - into a true Vinamilk "bar-raiser". You’ll gain access to specialized training from top institutions, dive into real work at one of Vietnam’s leading FMCG companies and bring your boldest ideas to life through high-impact projects.

1. Job Description

Vinamilk’s Graduate Talent Program offers diverse opportunities across 25 positions in 11 functions, including:

2. Selection Process

• Round 1: Application (06/06/2025 – 06/07/2025) – Online

• Round 2: Aptitude Test (06/2025 – 07/2025) – Online

• Round 3: In-depth Interview (07/2025 – 08/2025) – Online

• Round 4: Final Interview (08/2025) – Ho Chi Minh City

• Onboarding: (09/2025) – Ho Chi Minh City

• Be a senior student or fresh graduate with less than 2 years of full-time work experience.

• Have a cumulative GPA of 7/10 or higher (or equivalent).

• Be available to work full-time starting from September 2025.

• Possess a growth mindset, strong ownership, critical thinking, and a proactive, innovative spirit.
