Graphic Designer (Fresher/ Entry Level)

• Develop innovative and visually appealing packaging designs for our products, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, target audience, and market trends.

• Create compelling POSM materials such as displays, banners, shelf talkers, and product demonstrators to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.

• Utilize video editing skills to create engaging promotional videos, product demos, and brand storytelling content.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and deadlines.

• Conduct thorough research on consumer preferences, competitor analysis, and industry trends to inform design decisions.

• Ensure all designs comply with regulatory requirements, including legal and safety standards for product packaging and labeling.

• Work closely with external vendors and suppliers to oversee the production process, providing guidance and feedback to ensure quality and consistency.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies, software tools, and design techniques to continuously improve skills and stay ahead of industry trends.

• Uphold brand integrity and consistency across all packaging and POSM materials, maintaining high standards of quality and excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• 1 years of experience in packaging design, POSM design, and label design, preferably in the FMCG industry.

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Strong understanding of print production processes, materials, and finishes.

• Excellent conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.

• Attention to detail and a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.

• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards for packaging and labeling is a plus.

• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of packaging and POSM design projects is required.
