We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer with experience in digital and offline media to join our team. We’re looking for someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into strong designs. The successful candidate should be capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

* RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design unique graphics and layouts that are relevant to different clients, industries, cultures, and countries
• Create designs for brochures, print ads, posters, infographics, digital displays, banners, merchandise, corporate identity, company logos, websites
• Work on photography shoots, photo retouching, post video production, animations, motion graphics
• Works simultaneously on multiple projects
• Conducts all necessary research and gathering of information and materials
• Conceptualizes design ideas based on client brief and proposes ideas to Creative Director
• Assists team with their designs, providing guidance, critique and support where required
• Assists team with concept proposals to clients, including preparations of mockups and related graphics and information
• Maintain all artwork files and design assets in an organized system as required by Creative Director
• Coordinates with outside agencies, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary
• Completes all assigned tasks in a timely, thorough, and systematic manner.
* REQUIREMENTS:
• Vietnamese National
• Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, fine arts, or related field
• 3+ years in professional commercial design, preferably with a marketing or creative agency.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
• Strong visual composition skills, fresh and creative ideas, attention to detail is a must
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Flexible and willing to work on urgent tasks beyond standard working hours, when required
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to understand/speak basic English
* Working hours: Monday - Friday (9:00 - 18:00)
