Your Impacts

• Brand Requirements Execution: Ensure that all printed materials (packaging, instructions, marketing leaflets) meet the company’s quality and accuracy specifications, including color, copy, graphics, and product pack-out.

• Artwork Management: Support and coordinate necessary updates to artwork, and review all artwork, proofs, and print samples to ensure accurate color reproduction and brand elements prior to printing.

• Design & Artwork Support: Collaborate with US/Asia Packaging teams to assist in design development, artwork production, and print quality control, including reviewing and approving artwork, proofs, and samples for brand consistency.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve packaging issues and ensure adherence to production schedules.

• Year of Experience: A min. 2 years of packaging graphic design & printing related experience in toys industry or consumer products sector, ideally within MNCs

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or College graduates with a major in Graphic/Packaging Design

• Language:

Good written English and fairly good spoken & listening English

Basic Mandarin speaking and listening skills are a plus.

• Key Soft Skills: Communication Skills; Leadership: Stakeholder Management; Problem Solving; Creativity and Innovation; Multi-tasking

• Technical Skills & Knowledge:

Adobe design softwares (PhotoShop and Illustrator), other design software such as Blender, Dimension and AI are a plus

Knowledge of printing processes; packaging materials & structure are a plus

• Other requirements: Local travelling to vendors is required
