* This role will be working temporarily at LEGO temporary office in District 1, HCMC (shuttle bus is provided from Bien Hoa, Binh Duong to the office) and be relocated to Binh Duong in 2025

Core Responsibilities

• Ensure a high visual print quality on print productions (packaging, building instructions, foils etc.).

• Take an active part in engaging with your direct colleagues in the global Graphic Print Quality team.

• Prepare print productions through secure file tranfers and proofing of graphics via GMG.

• When needed also support Our LEGO Agency (OLA) with same purpose across different LEGO marketing materials and InStore campaigns.

• Ensure an aligned print quality across all different print technologies, suppliers and materials.

• Perform audits of new print suppliers.

• Participate in print starts.

• Promote Graphic Quality by implementing guidelines and support stakeholders with graphic insight and knowhow.



Play your part in our team succeeding

• Ensure high visual print quality on LEGO packagings and building instructions.

• When needed also support LEGO Agency & LEGO Retail business with same purpose across different LEGO marketing material and InStore campaign produced in the Americas region

• Ensure alignment in print quality across all different print technologies, suppliers and materials. Assessment of new print suppliers, follow-up audits, participate print starts. Implement guidelines and support Supplier Quality with graphic insight and knowhow.



Yêu cầu công việc

Do you have what it takes?

• Graphic Technical expertise either by proven education from a Graphic University or similar from the Graphic Industry.

• At least 5 years of practical background from the graphic industry. Maybe worked as a supervisor for print production or Color quality manager either at a Print Supplier or a Customer (Preferable a global brand).

• Practical experience and strong proven skills with color management from either Premedia or Print technologies.

• Experience with quality tools such as lean, six sigma and audit programs can be an advantage.

• Good at communicating in English language both in writing and verbally

• Have a proactive mindset capable of working independent but still aligned with a global approach.

• Understands the regional culture within Graphic Production



*Nice to have

• Experience both as a supplier and as a customer to the graphic industry.

• Experience with working in a multi cultural environment.

• Ability to assess and take fact based decision independently

• Ability to work both operation on a tactical.
