Group Brand Senior Manager
Job description
Brand Strategy and Development: . Develop and refine the brand's overarching strategy, defining its unique value proposition and positioning within the luxury retail market . Craft a clear brand identity, ensuring that it resonates with the target audience and aligns with the brand's core values . Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to continuously evolve the brand strategy Marketing and Communication: . Lead the development of marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's story, products, and lifestyle . Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including visuals, copy, and multimedia assets, for various platforms and channels . Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs . Develop and manage the overall brand budget, ensuring that resources are allocated and spent appropriately to optimize brand growth and profitability Product Management: . Work closely with the product development team to ensure that new products align with the brand's aesthetics, quality, and values. Leadership: . Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability. . Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Integrated Marketing, Retail Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, …) to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies and initiatives.
Job requirements
Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Experiences: Proven experience (8+ years) in brand management/ brand development/ brand building in equivalent positions Strong understanding of luxury market dynamics, consumer behaviors, and trends. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful brand strategies. Market Research, Data-driven: Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and interpretation Strategic thinking: Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management capabilities. Communication & Collaboration skills: Effective communication and collaboration skills across different departments. Creative: Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics. Project management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
