Group Finance Controller

- Working closely with the Group CFO & existing Regional GFC to ensure that Group Accounting Guidelines are followed & objectives accomplished - Support Accounting Managers, their teams & GMs at EXO Travel businesses throughout Asia on Accounting & Finance matters - Manage the Monthly Reporting Cycle to ensure that Management Accounts produced accurately & on time Produce Consolidated Group Management Accounts - Maintain & Update process controls ensuring the integrity of Reporting & Compliance with Accounting Standards - Produce Group Cash Flow Forecasts in coordination with local teams - Support the InterCo Accounting Process where responsibility is with local teams - Support the Treasury Function to ensure that Group entities are appropriately resourced - Manage the annual Group Audit Exercise, working closely with the the auditors & the local teams - Contribute towards projects as required from time to time, in a business looking to continually improve & adapt.

- Bachelor/Postgraduate in Accounting & Finance - Candidate with at least 5 years experiences or from Big4 audit company is preferable - Good command of written and spoken English - Interest and/or experience in the travel industry - Understanding of sustainability and responsible tourism is a plus. Skills: - Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks - Attention to detail, well-organized - Dynamic and willing to learn with a positive attitude - Ability to meet deadlines - Be able to suggest improved ways of working to positively impact people’s life and the environment.
