About the Role

As our Growth & Marketing Manager, you’ll own the full growth journey - from lead generation to conversion, for Lead with AI’s products and services including:

● Executive Boot Camps (AI, Agentic AI, AI in HR)

● Membership (Online community, live masterclasses, playbooks) 

● Enterprise Adoption (keynotes, workshops, LMS-based learning, cohort trainings)

You’ll design and optimize funnels, run campaigns, and work hand-in-hand with sales and product to bring more members and clients into our ecosystem. Key tasks include:

● Growth Strategy & Execution

● Lead Generation & Sales Integration

● Content & Campaign Management

● Performance Evaluation & Optimization

Qualifications:

● Fluent in English.

● 3+ years of experience in a B2B marketing or growth role.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both internally and externally.

● Curious, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.

● Practical thinker who can explain and apply AI in real work.

The ideal candidate:

● Is used to working in international, cross-cultural, remote teams.

● Works in the AI (education) space.

● Has experience with Kit, HubSpot, SamCart, Circle, and Zapier.
