Growth and Operations Senior Manager - Startup - Ho Chi Minh City or Remote

About the role

As the Growth & Operations Senior Manager at Tinai, you will be responsible for driving our go-to-market strategy, expanding the user base, and ensuring operational efficiency. This position is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for startups and technology, and expertise in user research, marketing, and product development.

Important note: This position is to support the development and go-to-market of an early-staged consumer app in the entertainment and AI space, not the existing Tinai app.

Responsibilities

- Work closely with the CEO to drive product adoption and user growth

- Plan and execute go-to-market programs, user research studies, and customer outreach initiatives

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners to drive growth and revenue for important products & services

- Have a complete understanding of the customer needs, both existing and potential, and use that knowledge to advocate for product roadmaps and business strategies

- Collaborate with engineers and designers to inform product directions

Requirements

- Preference for candidates based in Ho Chi Minh City, but open to those in other locations

- 3-5 years of experience in product management, growth, or sales & marketing

- A strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and flexibility

- Deep interest in social networks, consumer apps, and/or startups

- Fluency in English

- Top-notch communication, problem solving, and project management skills

- Willingness to voice your own ideas and opinions, and to work on new problems as they arise
