Wecare group is a B2B industrial distributor that leverages Data and Technology to optimize operations within the industrial supply chain.

Wecare is seeking a talented and highly motivated Growth Manager to lead our sales expansion in the Construction Hardware, Industrial Chemicals, Water Industry Equipment, Electrical Supplies sector, including outreach to Mom & Pop Shops and smaller independent businesses within these industries. with responsibility for managing Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams is a highly comprehensive role, focused on driving revenue and customer growth by optimizing the entire customer journey. This position is not only a strategist but also a leader, coordinating key departments to achieve the company's overall growth objectives.

2/Key Requirements

> 5 years of experience in roles related to Business Development, Marketing, Logistic management, or Growth Hacking, with a preference for experience in retail, e-commerce, or specifically the Hardware and Home Appliances, electronics.
