Mô Tả Công Việc
• Grow and maintain relationships with the local start-ups ecosystem, including VCs, accelerators, services companies, eCommerce, Bank branches and SaaS space companies.
• Driving thought leadership and innovative solutions with our lending network partners to bringing new leads to Aspire
• Build, manage and train a Growth team of overachievers focused on SMEs and Start-ups, to ensure the highest satisfaction customer-success level.
• Build and leverage the trust between Aspire and those local ecosystems.
• Ensure the Growth team is building and maintaining qualified pipeline of opportunities of both Lending and Banking to hit targeted growth
• Partner effectively with key stakeholders in Aspire, including our Credit, Operations, Finance, Product, and regional Sales/BD/Growth/Marketing teams.
• Assist regional marketing/sales projects targeting Vietnam market
• Track, measure, and report progress and performance to the Vietnam Country Manager, and dotted to regional Head of Sales

• Strong individual contribution person, with experience of leading a team and hitting targets
• Having initiated your own business initiatives with good track record is a plus
• Entrepreneur mindset who enjoys growing in both Startup, SME and ecosystem environments to accelerate our presence in Vietnam
• Experience in hunting B2B companies in South East Asia and startups in particular would be an advantage
• Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can coach / mentor the team while establishing a healthy working culture based on the Aspire principle
• Exceptional communication and collaboration capabilities
• Fair, high-energy, result-oriented, balanced and soft approach is highly recommended Working hours: Full time (40 hours/week)
