Job Description

PULSE by Prudential, is an all-in-one digital app and first-of-its-kind in the region to offer holistic health management to consumers. Using Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered self-help tools and real-time information, Pulse serves as a 24/7 partner to users, empowering them to take control of their personal health and wellbeing anytime, anywhere.

This Growth Marketing Manager, Pulse by Prudential is focused purely on the data side of marketing than the creative aspects. He/ she is responsible for Pulse growth including user acquisition, engagement, retention to customer conversion. He/ she employs a range of strategies and tactics to facilitate growth, has optimization instincts, product savvy, and an analytical mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive growth by planning and running user acquisition campaigns, retention programs and other growth initiatives end-to-end: design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion
- Explore local channels, partnerships for potential growth marketing opportunities
- Define customers’ needs, insights, hypothesis and roadmap of testing as well as market priority
- Develop strategies and tactics for converting free users into paying users
- Analyze data to monitor app performance and uncover areas for improvemen

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Product
- Provide market insights and marketing updates to the product team, build product, features proposition
- Articulate features and functionality requests to drive growth and enhance or augment the experience users have in app

Awareness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, distribution to drive Pulse awareness and adoption for new features or campaigns
- Monitor, analyze and optimize ASO, paid advertising and digital marketing and user feedbacks. Create, manage and experiment with new channels to acquire users, including partnerships activities
- Understand the product to create and drive lead generation strategies with relevant teams

Retention
- Focus on enhancement of users experience through different strategies and tactics: content, community, challenge, rewards, referral campaign
- Orchestra Pulse content and community development strategies, and manage all aspects of content on Pulse and across all online platforms (microsite, email)
- Develop the strategies, plans and tactical actions necessary to influence member behavior and develop lasting, trusted member relationships through rewards & gamification activities.
- Personalize user experience and improve the value user gain from Pulse
- Develop communications strategies to existing users in a personalized way via email, notifications, SMS
- Develop a holistic view of our user/ customer lifecycle and how growth can positively impact that lifecycle
- Participate in pricing process and strategies for products and services on Pulse
- Establish closed-loop analytics to understand how Pulse in-app activity turns into customers, and continually refine the process to convert customers

Other
- Explore partnerships opportunities with 3rd parties to run co-marketing campaigns that bring more value to users/ customers and deliver Pulse growth
- Monitor, analyze and report success with key performance metrics of engagement programs
- Partner with Customer Insights to deploy market research, and actively run survey to Pulse users

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
- Min 5+ years of working experience driving growth through digital performance in mobile app, product marketing
- Experience in app business, e-health, insurance, e-commerce, fintech, railing is a plus
- Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complete projects moving forward
- Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns. Expertise in UI/ UX best practices
- The ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, innovative thinker who knows focused execution is the key to success
- Individual who is creative, accountable and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Execute appropriate sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Eagerness to understand the latest trends, learn new methods and technologies and a passion to consistently trial new programs under a rigorous process of A/B testing
- Collaborative, upbeat work ethic where you take ownerships and have fun
