[Hà Nôi] QS Engineer

- Quantity taking off from sketch, concept design, tender drawings, and cross-check the tender quantities. (Office / Shop / Restaurant / Clinic / Residence / Villa) - Preparation of BOQ in both English & Vietnamese. - Tender Preparation. - Evaluation quotations and estimates. - Keep abreast with the market material price. - General correspondence. - Performs other related duties as assigned - Have Knowledge about interior material - Searching subcontractors and suppliers.

- Male, Female / Age: 27- 40 years-old - Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil and/ Estimator. - English communication can read and understand technical documents written in English. - At least 3 years of experience in estimator working of Interior/Construction; - Experience working at a foreign-affiliated design company (Japanese company is an advantage). - High proficiency in AutoCAD / Microsoft Office - Ability to prioritize tasks well and able to work independently. - Required to be resourceful, pay attention to details and has good communication skills. - Can work OT and stand high pressure - Candidate is required to submit list of projects worked on so far *** Benefits: - Gross salary: Upto 14,000,000 VND - Annual salary review - Bonus: depends on performance and business results of the company - SHUI complies with government regulations. - Work in an active and professional environment. - 24/24 Personal accident. - Working time: Mon – Friday and Saturday of even weeks. - Working place:243A De La Thanh St, Dong Da District, Hanoi
