[Hà Nội] Senior Finance Executive/ Chuyên viên Tài Chính cao cấp

Key Responsibilities / Duties

1. Responsible/ assist to coordinate and prepare the financial budget/ projection &

performance target.

2. Monitoring of financial performance against budgeted/ project financial target and

perform periodic review/ forecast.

3. Prepare and coordinate with relevant departments on the project feasibility study for

planned future development and ad-hoc analysis.

4. To prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly financial and management report on timely

basis

5. Liaise with Head Office Finance team on jobs related matters and reports.

6. Assist in the matter related to financial statements audit.

7. Assist in researching of information and financial analysis on any business

development matters

8. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Management

• Degree in Finance, Accounting with Bachelor or above.

• Minimum 5 years in Real estate development industry/ Finance industry.

• Good working knowledge of statutory act related to financial accounting (Accounting Standard) and financial instruments.

• Able to work independently, able to communicate effectively.

• Proficient in English.
