Hai Phong_Senior Executive/executive Customer Management

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Shipments handling and follow-up, including booking processing, shipments monitoring, exception handling

- Strictly follow internal / external process with dedication and minimum mistake / failure

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on daily basis

- Handle inquiries received from customers/other relevant parties

- Problem investigation and solving

- Billing related tasks

- Assessment and Implementation of new project / process

- Fulfill / establish reports upon being required

- Strictly follow company’s rule during working hours

- Fulfill other tasks as assigned by Line Manager

2. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management or any related fields such as transport, logistics, supply chain etc.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the industry
