[HAN / HCM] Business Analyst

- Analyze and monitor driver (supply) operational performance, support planning, identify risks, and propose solutions to optimize resources and meet market delivery demand.

- Collect, process, and analyze driver-related data (headcount, productivity, online hours, completion rate, order fulfillment rate, driver segmentation: full-time/part-time/new/returning, etc.).

- Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and alerts to track daily, weekly, and monthly operations, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness for management.

- Collaborate with the Central Operations team to forecast order demand and propose driver recruitment and activation plans by area and period.

- Analyze driver shortage/surplus causes and operational bottlenecks, then propose improvement initiatives.

- Provide data and performance analysis to support driver growth and retention campaigns (e.g., new area expansion, high-performing driver engagement).

- 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, operations, or planning — preferably in logistics, transportation, or e-commerce.

- Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel; experience with SQL (BigQuery is a plus).

- Familiar with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Metabase).

Strong logical thinking, data sensitivity, and analytical ability.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to explain data insights clearly to operations teams and management.

- Proactive, adaptable, and highly responsible with strong teamwork spirit.
