- Prepare Ocean shipment supplementary process, marketing tools.
- Prepare shipping matrix, tariff rate.
- Communicate with all parties to analyze RFI, RFQ, inquiry, etc. to summarize, consult to Ocean Product Head, Sales, …
- Cost Advantage Analysis
- Pricing mainly for tender, RFQ, projects….
- Reporting

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education & Experience:
+ Education degree (such as college, university, high school…)
+ Tertiary qualifications with relevant work experience or knowledge of forwarding, logistics industry processes and practices.
+ Knowledge of KWE’s products and services.
+ Experience in using system for bookings, documentation, shipping document insurance, intranet.
+ Experience with all aspects of operation procedures.
+ Experience in Ocean freight Tender & pricing position in global company is an advantage
- Skill/ Capacity:
+ Good at MS office (Word, Excel, power point….)
+ Intermediate English skill (4 skills), additional language should be an advantage
+ Being able to work under high pressure.
+ Interpersonal skills
+ Communication skills- verbal and written
+ Listening skills
+ Problem analysis and problem-solving
+ Attention to detail and accuracy
+ Data collection and ordering
+ Customer service orientation
+ Adaptability
+ Initiative
