Based at : Ha Noi - Bac Ninh
*** Job Purpose Summary
The jobholder supports the GD in such a manner that he is able to effectively perform his daily job demand, develop business plans and deliver his strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist GD on product development and sales methodology;
• Source and develop new markets and improve sales and marketing targets;
• Work collaboratively and productively with management team to ensure smooth flow of business plans and directions;
• Carry out market research and market data analysis of automotive industry, preferably in commercial vehicles;
• Handle projects and research on assigned business matters and highlight urgent issues for GD’s immediate attention and actions;
• Draft business documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations monthly and translate documents where necessary;
• Assist the GD in engaging and building positive business and customer relationships;
• Handle all secretarial and administrative duties, personal and corporate matters for the GD;
• Plan and organize all travel arrangements and manage the GD’s calendar;
• Undertake any other business assignments as directed by the GD.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to speak and write proficiently in English and Vietnamese;
• 3-5 years experience in business development of Commercial Vehicles role, especially in Bus field;
• Result-oriented, energetic and ability to work independently;
• Sharp and meticulous in details and excel in organizational and planning skills;
• Maintain confidentiality of all business information entrusted;
• Good knowledge of protocol, public relations principles and practices;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Words and Power Point.
• Flexible, persistent and positive approach to problem solving;
• Analytical mind with the ability to recognize and focus on priorities;
• Self-driven, proactive and result-oriented with a clear focus on quality and business profitability;
• Willing to travel;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Drives continuous improvement;
• Strong interpersonal skills as a relationship builder.
Company’s information:
• Probation: 02 months
• Working time: Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 6:15 PM, lunch time 01 hours)
