[Hanoi] Cabin Crew Coordinator

STARLUX Airlines is a brand-new full-service airline from Taiwan and we are aiming to expand our service world-wide. Currently we are looking for Cabin Crew Coordinator to join us in Noi Bai International Airport. Check out the responsibilities and qualifications below to see if this position is something for you!

Responsibilities

1. Handle cabin crew’s compensations & benefits-related works as well as social insurance enrollment.

2. Manage cabin crew’s personnel data and files including attendance and rewards/disciplinary action.

3. Support the dispatch of the cabin crew.

4. Be responsible for the cabin crew’s traveling document renewals, expense reimbursement claims, and administrative matters in the airport base office.

5. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

IMPORTANT

1. Must excel in reading and written Chinese.

2. Work location will be located in Hanoi International Airport.

Qualifications

1. Hold a bachelor’s degree. (HR related is a plus)

2. Excellent command of spoken and written Mandarin and English.

3. Basic Microsoft Office skills.

4. Depending on business and operation necessity, may be asked to work overtime.

5. Possess the legal right to work in Vietnam.

Education

Bachelor's degree and above.

Work Experience

Experience in Cabin Crew is a plus.

Language Requirements

1. Good command of Chinese, the local official language and local dialect.

2. Proficient in Mandarin and English.
