Job Description

The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:

Handle Panasonic Vietnam’s CRM Mobile application in terms of both Daily Operation of the App and Building always-on CS / Marketing activities.

1. CRM Mobile App management:

a. Plan Activities agenda for CRM Mobile Application by Week/Month/Quarter in terms of Content updating, visuals managing, CRM back-end system managing, etc.

b. Be a scheme-master to design End-users Benefits / Memberships on the App to be widely released & applicable for all across channels towards Panasonic customers, phase by phase, focus on Customers’ lifetime-value touchpoints.

c. Have customer-centric mindset that consistently thinking on CRM methods to: Recruit new customers into Loyal Customers & Take good care of Loyal Customers to enhance advocacy.

d. Set up KPIs/measurements as Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly target.

e. Work closely with related Departments for implementing of Benefits plan such as Customer Service team, Accounting team, Sales team, Marketing teams, etc.

f. Set up CRM benefits related functions on system such as Warranty system, CRM back-end system, Magento system, etc.

2. Other tasks

Support Ecommerce team and other departments on Digital related projects.

University graduated, Digital and Ecommerce Savvy

Understanding about strategic Marketing planning and tactics

Experienced in customer journey management or customer analysis
