• Supporting to prepare the policies and processes includes salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction etc.
• Assisting in preparing compensation & benefit budget yearly
• Managing all administration related to employee transfers, promotion, resignation, and termination
• Maintaining the daily HR operation jobs according to internal procedures from onboarding to exit formalities.
• Handling compensation & benefits of expats, work close with tax consultants, do the declaration of expats’ PIT quarterly/yearly and finalization.
• Implementing the employee performance feedback process, receive and file evaluations from departments.
• Assists with the monitoring of the salary structure and the bonus pay
• Contacting social and health office and labor authorities on providing social insurance book and health care card for employee and claiming social insurance every month upon case by case basis
• Managing the development and maintenance of HR Systems, HR databases
• Assisting in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee policies, procedures and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies.
• Other tasks assigned by HR GM

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in HR filed especially in talent acquisition, compensation & benefit
• Must be able to present numerical data in a resourceful manner and skillfully gather and analyze information
• Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
• Good ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Being detailed and careful person
• Must be organized, accurate , thorough and able to prioritize and plan work activities
• Having positive thinking and self-discipline person
• Must able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
• Proficiency in computer literacy and must have high capacity in using Excel, and various HR software programs and HRIS
• English communication
