JOB DESCRIPTION

Joining as a Scrum Product Owner, you will have the chance to play multiple roles: Scrum Product Owner/ IT Communicator. In addition, you will have the opportunity to cooperate with different departments so that you can improve your main skills and figure out your potential abilities as well. About the roles for this position, you will:

- Manage the Product Backlog properly to ensure that the development team members have a clear understanding of their product development initiatives and their delivery.

- Support communication between the Japan and Vietnam teams.

- Facilitate meetings.

- Translate all kinds of work-related documents (Japanese/English).

- Interpret whenever required.

REQUIREMENTS

Must Have:

- At least 2 years of experience as an IT communicator

- Experience with Scrum development methodologies, especially as a Mini Project Manager in a Scrum team

- Language proficiency: Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher); English (TOEIC score of 850 or higher, or IELTS score of 6.5 or higher).

- High level of proficiency in time management, stakeholder management, and critical thinking

Nice to Have:

- Possession of either a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification

- Working experience in a fintech/product company
