DUTY & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To create| assign and track the project [module] work plans for delivery and also provide technical guidance for work completion:
- Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls
- Raising risks, issues and escalation to senior management and customer
- To create all quality documents, collect metrics data and conducting Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities
- To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards
- To ensure process improvement and compliance, and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents

- Communicated with main stakeholders
- Oversee and manage scope, timeline, quality, goals and deliverables that support business goals
- Monitor schedule and cost performance
- Identify key KPIs
- Prepare and present reports on the progress and success- Experience in Agile methodology
- Proficient in Jira, Sprint Planning, Agile ceremonies
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills for the Product Owner and the team
- Scrum Master Certification is a huge plus
- Skilled in maximizing ROI for the team
- Excellent communication skills
- Private Wealth/Wealth Management experience would be good
