- 2 years at least of Golang expertise
- Understanding of development using APIs, Microservices, or Single Web Application
- A passion of creating excellent, clear, clean, and efficient code
- RDBM fundamentals (MySQL, Postgres)
- Simple familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and ReactJS
- Abilities in task management and leadership
- Communication abilities to explain technology verbally with clients and other team members
