- Work together to maintain and improve the company's products with the PM and other PGs
- Do some research and put new frameworks and techniques to use
- Examine the effects of solutions to challenging tasks by reading source code, producing documentation, and sharing them with other team members
- Carry out technically challenging tasks
- Support for other team members' technical problem-solving needs
- Review code with other team members
- To assist the team in completing the work on schedule and with high quality when releasing, offer sound technological solutions
- Develop technological expertise to assist team members' talents
- Describe ways to make the team's work better and more productive

Must have:
- Experience in building high performance, scalable and web services on cloud services
- More than 5 years of experience in: Java/J2EE, Spring framework
- Experience in: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, ReactJS...
- Experienced in receiving customer requests, designing SPEC, reviewing code and implementing work for members
Nice to have:
- Experience in implementing DDD or similar models
- Experience in solving performance issues is an advantage
- Experience in providing solutions to technical problems
- Experience in using Git, Eclipse IDE or IntelliJ IDE
Soft skills:
- Possess effective communication and mentoring abilities
- Possess document writing abilities (technical documents, SPEC etc..)
- Be able to train team members
