- Manage databases throughout various environments for the product lifecycle, from testing to systems that are mission-critical in production.
- Construct and manage database servers and procedures, including system health and performance monitoring, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
- Provide final problem settlement by independently analyzing, resolving, and correcting problems in real time.
- Work productively in a team setting as well as individually with little supervision.
- Establish and carry out processes to manage database configuration for the environments in which they operate as well as the databases themselves.
- Designing and documenting procedures and processes will help other team members handle our database environments consistently.
- Help the team improve the ability to manage our Oracle database infrastructure on Oracle Cloud by helping to adopt automation methods and technologies.

- Proven track record of implementing technologies with broad-reaching effects
- Execute routine, daily tasks related to data replication, SQL tuning, application tuning, creating database objects, and data modeling as a database administrator.

• Specialist experience managing Oracle databases in an office setting, including:
- The installation, patching, and updates of the Oracle Database software
- Building, deploying, and managing Oracle Databases using Oracle RAC.
- Demonstrated database administration skills, including building and administering users, tablespaces, indexes, roles, and space management through tablespace resizing, partitioning, and shrinking. Database security restricts users by giving them relevant roles and privileges.
- Monitoring and optimizing database speed
- Practical knowledge of Oracle RAC, Oracle ASM, and Oracle Data Guard.
- RMAN-based database platform transfers
- RMAN-based backups, replication, migration, and duplication
- Administration of Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Management
- Power-user and programming expertise at the expert level in Linux/Unix
- Must have extensive expertise working with RDBMS 12c/18c/19c, DATAGUARD, RMAN, and ORACLE Real Application Cluster (RAC/ASM).
- Experience with Oracle Public Cloud would be very helpful.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or computer science, or relevant work experience
- 5 to 9 years of experience operating Oracle database administration.
- Have good English communication skills is a plus
