[HCM] Business Analyst - Delivery

THE BACKGROUND

The delivery business handles the delivery operations of 4P‘s and manages a large amount of integrated data. This includes customer purchase data, order data, delivery data, cooking data, accounting, HR data, and more. The mission of this position is to enable decision-makers to make more accurate and easier decisions. The Delivery Director, who serves as the primary reporting line, produces a wide range of decisions based on this data, spanning from operations and marketing to implementing technology.

THE DELIVERABLES 

• Perform data analysis to support the delivery business.

• Provide reports and insights to the Delivery Business Director.

WHO YOU ARE

Must Have Skills and Experience (Hard Skills/Experience)

• Strong analytical skills

(e.g., Excel (Pivot Tables, Graphs),

• Experience in report creation using PowerPoint.

• Ability to analyze data, identify business needs, and propose actionable solutions (with proven experience in making such proposals).

• Excellent communication skills for managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.

• Ability to multitask and manage various tasks efficiently.

• Good command of English (All reporting/Analyzing should be in English)

Must Have Personal Qualities (Soft Skills/Character/Mindset)

• Punctuality and strong time management.

• Proactive attitude – able to take initiative based on business needs, without waiting for instructions.

• Flexibility – capable of adapting to frequent requests and changing priorities from the Director.

• Deep knowledge in one or more of the following areas:Experience in the F&B industry (preferably in food delivery).

• Previous experience as an Analyst, Consultant, or Strategist.
