THE ROLE & OBJECTIVE
With the vision – Make the World Smile for Peace, 4P’s is accelerating our growth of stores to Delivery Wow and Sharing Happiness to customers not only in Vietnam but also in other countries. As the Business Development Specialist, the successful candidate is expected to not only engage in the new store development but also maintain existing store conditions while optimizing financial investments so our Partners can deliver 4P’s Experience to our customers.
To achieve those, the Business Development Specialist will help 4P’s to expand the business by planning & implementing a comprehensive business strategy. The successful candidate will deliver customer satisfaction through the current 4P’s brand and other new business. This role is based in Ho Chi Minh and will report directly to the Business Development Manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION
BUSINESS STRATEGIES DEVELOPMENT
- Assist the Business Development Manager in developing and monitoring the company’s business development strategy.
- Research the global industry environment for new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services – and new ways of improving existing business.
- Identify new markets and customer needs (Get information from the operation team/Actual customer insight of current 4P’s brands and coming new brands. / Analyse customer tendency and sales result) – and Analyzing the current market trend.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Identify and recommend potential projects in accordance with the company’s strategy.
BUSINESS PLAN IMPLEMENTATION
- Work cross-functionally with the Creative Marketing team (CMT) to deliver on design intent/direction and adjust to changes in consulting/architecture partner to identify exceptions and propose buildout solutions.
- Coordinate with other departments including Project Management, Operation, FCT- Food Creative Team, CMT, Finance, and GA … to make sure works in line.
- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
- Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
BUSINESS OPERATION EXCELLENCE
- Set standards and objectives for & other newly assigned business brands and come up with marketing ideas for each brands/tracking and analysis data to develop.
- Optimize business operations with the accountability of revenue, profitabi,lity and sales forecast.
- Planning, directing, and coordinating with Project management, Operation team- Restaurant managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals.
- Undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget (Theoretical COGS, COL/ ABC analysis) also update 3rd party following.
- Set a success measurement for new business projects with clear indicators.
- Review key successful indicators to evaluate the success of the new business.
- Analyze and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and operational guidelines.
- Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions.
- Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it.
- Report to the Business Development Manager on progress and issues / Sales analysis records.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum of 5 years of F&B operations management, F&B project management, and Marketing
- Business model planning & managing experience.
- Experienced in managing the investment.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Knowledgeable about the F&B market.
- Project management and permitting knowledge required.
- Strong business acumen
- Sound understanding of project management flow charts and excel.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills, results-oriented
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, influence, and collaborate at all levels including senior executives.
- Proven ability to work effectively and establish effective working relationships with department heads and management.
- Highly collaborative and flexible team player, able to adapt to changes.
- Highly organized and calendar-driven, able to handle many competing priorities.
