Enrichment of professional knowledge
- Always understand the specialties, available services, advertising programs of the clinic, update information and professional knowledge regularly and timely.
- Always understand the basic knowledge of Insurance, insurance principles, insurance exclusion list
- Understand the roles and functions of the position of employee in charge of compensation records (ICS), correctly and accurately perform the basic requirements of ICS employees according to current procedures and regulations.
- Understand insurance principles, exclusions Coverage (diseases & drugs)
- Check, screen, complete the dossier, send and follow up the claim file with the Insurance Company
- Master insurance knowledge, properly and fully implement BLVP processes for each insurance business
- Screen records to exclude insurance and well control the number and debt of applications that are refused for payment
- Complete the compilation of insurance dossiers on time.
Administrative and other responsibilities
• Monitor and control records and declined payments
• Make an accurate and complete list according to the data extracted from the Retail system
• Store data of insurance records according to regulations (hard files and soft files)
• Reconcile reports and liabilities with accountants
• Collect of debts that are refused payment
• Contact to confirm BLVP with foreign insurance companies
• Guide CS to carry out direct-billing procedures for foreign insurance for customers at the counter
• Prepare monthly report for accountant and CD
• Update new process, new information related to Coverage for CSS and CS
• Create new, update insurance check-list when there is a new contract or notice of process adjustment
• Support the switchboard (subline) or guide new customer service staff on the procedures and how to receive and handle insurance records at the counter (when requested or designated by the Manager).

- Strictly follow the working process and Company rules: show a positive attitude, cooperate, comply with the Company's rules, be disciplined.
- Strictly follow the Company's information security regime and regulations, including personal information of colleagues and customers/partners, patient information/records
- Maintain relationships with clients (both internal and external) with a professional level

+ Employees of service companies (security, industrial cleaning)
Yêu cầu công việc
• At least 3 years’ experience of working experience in insurance and customer service.
• Experience in working in organization dealing and liaising with people at different levels, both internal and external.
• At least College graduate, accounting & auditing is preferred.
• Ability to work in English speaking working environment.
• Ability to achieve results in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiar with accounting software, Sun system is preferred.
• Self-motivation and initiative.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong business acumen and interest.
• Hard working, carefully and detailed consensus.
