- Lead South Field Force Group for Panasonic consumer electronics products
- The main job duties will be as below:
▪ Maximize sell-out especially value-added range by cooperating with Marketing and Sales
teams
▪ Manage Promoters (budget, effectiveness, skills, effective scheme, allocation strategy)
▪ Manage Training (budget, training contents, HR development, effective scheduling, etc.)
▪ Manage Display in the shop front including provinces in the South
▪ Implement promotion or DEMO at shop front with sales members
▪ Analyze market data & report to BOD
▪ Manage South Filed Force member’s daily work and operation
▪ Collaborate with other departments like Sales/Marketing/Planning/Accounting
