- 5+ years practical experience with ReactJS
- Having led software development initiatives
- Experience with the backend or fullstack is a big plus
- Solid JavaScript / TypeScript programming skills
- A solid foundational knowledge of software development
- A passion for intellectual challenges
- Be open-minded and at ease with venturing off the established path
- The capacity to think logically and the ability to provide well-tested, full features/modules on time under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant major (Computer Science or Information Technology)
