[HCM] Group Key Account Manager - Modern Trade

A. Job Summary: To deal with 1 or more major customers (Hyper/ supermarket or convenience stores...) and to develop the strategic Plan for Key Account Business across the country for increasing market share, NSR and ensuring a profitable volume growth by delivering account specific business solution.
*Working Location:
- Sale's office: Chu Van An, Binh Thanh (mainly)
- Head Office: 485 Xa Lo Ha Noi street, Thu Duc (optional)
B. Responsibilities:
Develop Activation programs based on Company's long term & short-term objectives. Work with customers to ensure the programs aligned by customers and can deliver business results. Maximized MKT & other resources to deliver expected growth for sales, NSR and PROFIT for CCBVL and respective customers.
Build Picos per channel. Work with brand team/ marketing team to initiate new way of merchandising. Negotiate with customers to have the best merchandising execution.
Customer business analysis/development/management. Half year business review with key customers/ Annual business review with small customers. Work with customers on specific Joint business plans. Analyse/ review customers’ volume/ margin.
Deliver Key Account on premise sales volume & NSR. Work closely with Region KA teams to monitor weekly/monthly volume. Ensure No Bad Debt and minimize AR over dues.
Establish and develop close business relationships with key stake holders of each and every customer, leading multi-tiers relationship between CCBVL CLTs and management team of customers.
Tracking of DFR spend.
Manage Company's assets, including Cold Drink Equipment (CDE), Sales Force Automation (SFA) devices, iMentors, POSM (Display rack, etc.), etc. in accordance with its process.
Build KA team capability both national & regional. Trainings provided to both National & Regional teams. On the job training/coaching.
