Currently we are looking for a Project Management Officer for Automotive Embedded Software Domain with scope of work below:
The Project Management Officer coordinates and controls the timeline/budget/resources to achieve the customer requirement and project goals.
+ Planning, monitoring & controlling the development in accordance with OEM project requirements and milestone Plan & coordinate sample build, test & handover to vehicle integration.
+ Estimating and monitoring the development effort/budget of internal and external team.
+ Acquiring and managing external software supplier
+ Reporting project status to line manager, OEM

Job Requirements
Must-have
+ Bachelor/master degree in Electrical/Electronics, embedded SW or in Automotive Engineering
+ = 5 years working experience in Automotive software development based on AUTOSAR/Embedded software
+ Experience with ASPICE and Agile
+ Practical experience in requirements management; preparing and maintaining planning, monitoring project documents and reporting project status is required
+ Good tool usage: MS Project, MS Office, Jira/Microsoft Azure, DOORS/CodeBeamer
+ Self-discipline, self-motivation, and result-oriented
+ Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic and international work place
+ Experience with managing small to medium team size (6-10 members)
Nice-to-have
+ Exposure to ISO 26262 (Functional Safety)
+ Exposure to ISO 21434 (Cybersecurity)
+ PMP/Scrum Master/Product Owner certification
