You’ll build a team of AEM experts, working closely with you. That team will be based in Vietnam and Australia.
• Responsible for delivering code and architecture for both the AEM backend and the AEM frontend
• Collaborate closely with world class product, UX and marketing teams
• Build software excellence, aim to continuously deploy it, you’ll value quality and catching issues as early as possible via automated tests and pre-merge checks
• Lead and coach engineers in your team to design and implement secure, scalable, and impactful solutions
• Work at a senior level across the program team, collaborate with architects, engineers, and customer experience experts
• Self-organizing your own priorities, you will facilitate rapid decision making for the team
• Frame, support, and implement your own ideas, based on your technical knowledge and your understanding of business problems

Must-have requirements
• 7 years of experience in demonstrable web or application development including defining application architecture
• Have knowledge about AEM version 6.5 and the following aspects: Dispatcher configurations; AEM component development; OAK, JCR, Sling; AMS
• Proven experience working with JavaScript and Java 1.8, into an AEM context.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles
• Ability to demonstrate UI design literacy and a solid understanding of WCAG Accessibility 2.0, Level AA or higher
• Experience with backend and frontend unit testing and familiarity with testing libraries
• Experience with setting up and working with CI/CD pipelines
• Good level of writing and speaking English
Good-to-have
• Experience with using package and build management tools, as well as Docker container orchestration
• Experience working in internationally distributed teams.
