Overview: work closely with commercial market development managers, product managers, hardware, software, integration solution teams to coordinate auto-identification project solution deployment and related post support to support customer projects.
What you'll be doing:
● Responsible for auto-identification and RFID project pre-sales to post-sales, end to end solution design, development, deployment and support
● Works closely and align with sales, product, hardware, software, services team, and customer project team to ensure association
activities readiness to meet deployment requirements
● Support solution architecture and system design, development, and deployment
● Manage project progress to ensure all project deliverables and related resources are aligned to project plan
● Setup and prepare project plan, schedules and metrics together with solution project manager to enable smooth communication
throughout all associated internal and external parties
● Conduct briefings and trainings to different internal, external teams, customer groups to ensure smooth project cycle
● Prepare and manage project documents, training material, checklists to support a smooth project rollout
● Work closely with outsourced solution vendors to ensure development according to plan and verifications to deployment
● Collaborate with teams to ensure solutions and applications meet the business needs.
● Proactively manage the risks and issues of projects and manage communications to all project stakeholders
● Hand-on documentation write ups, test reports, change documents management, testing scenarios and results management.
Key Internal Interactions:
● Work with commercial team to understand customer operations, challenges to establish solution design and development plan
● Derive and align the project schedule, resources, preparations, activities, contingencies to the solution project planning
● Works as a focal contact for the internal team on the solution project communications, activities interacting with the customer project lead
● Troubleshooting and documenting the findings communicating to internal hardware, software, integration project team for fixings and
improvements
● Provides analysis of the project deployment progress and ROI with the internal team and relevant stakeholders.
Key External Interactions:
● Work as project manager to communicate to customer stakeholders and project team to present project requirements, solution plan,
milestones, time schedule, resources arrangements
● Coordinate required hardware, software, integration partners, customer user groups to drive successful deployment according to plan
● Prepare and deliver of trainings and precautions to customer to prepare their knowledge and readiness to the project rollout
● Regular deployment progress review with associated parties to ensure any concerns and issues are resolved in the initial rollout stage
● Acts as project deployment focal contact person for customer enquiries and issue cases handling
