• Superior Japanese speech and writing abilities, at least at the N2 level.
• Understanding of software development methodologies
• Have over 3 years of IT expertise and over 1 year of BrSE experience. (The capacity will be taken into consideration for candidates who haven't had BrSE expertise in more than a year.)
• Knowledge of some programming languages for system development
• Project management abilities
• Consistently emphasize valuing others and cooperating with all employees
• Able to establish and maintain positive relationships with members and clients
• Positive mindset, High level of responsibility
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum
• Have direct client contact expertise with request definition.
• Can write the software's fundamental design documents.
• Has the ability to multitask.
• Understanding of software development methodologies
