• Directly collaborate with the product development team, which consists of the following departments: requirements engineering, system, hardware, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and testing.
• Recognize and evaluate the needs of the client
• Offer effort estimation and other project planning inputs.
• In response to the study of product requirements, the system engineering team will create the software architecture.
• In charge of direct design document, coding, testing, debugging, and release
• In charge of establishing deadlines and distributing tasks to less experienced team members.

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or information systems
• Typically 4–10 years of experience developing embedded software for products
• Familiarity with microcontrollers, microprocessors, USB, GPIO, analog, reset, DDR, clock, RTOS, and bootloaders.
• Must be fluent in C++ and embedded C, as well as other object-oriented programming languages.
• Knowledge of software standard guidelines such MISRA C, Autosar, or an equivalent
• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English

• Team-leading expertise
• Knowledge of project management methods
• Programming knowledge in the Unix/Linux environment
• The capacity to design embedded firmware, including HALs at the lowest level and high-level job scheduling.
• Thorough familiarity with and practical expertise with BLE, MQTT, HTTP, CoAP, and UART
• Development of Knowledge V model
• Typically 4–10 years of experience developing embedded software for products
