Main duties:
• Serve the existing customers and develop new customers in M&E companies, contractors, project owners and construction consultants
• Analyze market and customer requirement, and thereafter formulate plans and strategies to win the projects
• Able to show product demonstration to customer if needed
• Generate proposal for customer and follow up till project is closed
• To update and well manage tracking the project pipeline for Japanese and local customers
• To clarify and validate the customer’s needs ongoing basic, maintaining high customer satisfaction
• To be responsible for allocated GP for product lines and other targets (new projects, new customers)
• To do bidding, negotiation, drafting contracts and follow up contracted project.
• Understand and analyze competitor market/brands
• Perform any other relevant duties as and when assigned by Manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Fluent in Japanese speaking skills, equal to JLPT N2
• 3+ years’ experience in project sales, in electronics industry is preferred
• Have networks with contractors, investors, and construction consultants
• Experience in preparing quotation, project proposal
• Good at communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Willing to travel for business
