- Develop, sell and execute effective CDAs/ JBP with identified customers with quaterly review with customers
- Develop and keep updated an account annual plan (CAP) to the TLG standard - Call on all customer wiring assignments as planned
- Develop specific standards for product coverage, product matrix, pricing policy, merchandising range, plannogram, promotions activities, service level for accounts to enhance brand image, gain share and drive revenue.
- Ensuring TLG products always available in each store
- Provide pre & post execution evaluation of marketing programs and communicate to the field
- Monitor & control B2B Budget to increase revenue per case. Analize the results of B2B budget used
- Ensure to achieve 5 points scorecard
- Monitor performance and compliance to CDAs, taking corrective action where necessary
2. Setting objectives and tracking results
- Set clear objectives that are consistent with TLG/SBU goals with each member of the team
- Ensure clear communication and adherence of pricing and promotions
- Review progress vs objectives on a weekly basis
3. Identify & Win New Business
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities (new distribution / new customers) & develop TLG products in new accounts in assigned location
4. Others
- Work closely with B2B Operation team to execute daily sales operation in assigned location - Lead problem solving and address team issue
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Having 3-5 years’ experience
- Good communication & Presentation skills
- Experience of account management in KA/ B2B.
- Analysis & planning skills/ project management.
- Problem solving
- English fluently
