Prior to beginning work on customer projects, you will get internal training and coaching. This is an exciting position that involves travel throughout Asia Pacific as well as a range of duties. Additionally, chances will present yourself for cross-border exposure and travel.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze and record the business process and client requirements
- Convert business requirements into functional requirements for the application
- Set up the LIMS solution to accommodate customer requirements
- Provide customers with training programs
- Assist clients during the proper testing and validation phases for their sector
- Possess the capacity to work with little oversight and give customers guidance
- Travel to customer locations for implementation and configuration projects
- Learn the procedures, demands, and operations unique to your industry, and then specialize as your career advances
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Science or information technology graduate degree
- Proven LIMS experience
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in computer programming
- Familiar with Relational database and SQL
- Knowledge in QC or laboratory processes
- Outstanding organizational, time-management, and delivery skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presenting abilities
- The capacity for overnight travel
- Fluent in English
- Experience in business analysis, consulting, or informatics is advantageous.
