[HCM] Senior Interior Design & Architect Coordinator

I. ABOUT 4P’s CORPORATION

4P’s, headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, operates 40 worldwide restaurants. Our main restaurant, Pizza 4P’s, has 35 stores in Vietnam and manages global franchises like IPPUDO and ABOUT LIFE COFFEE BREWERS. Our core products are food and beverages, specifically pizza, with key differentiators of "House-made cheeses", "Earth-to-people" and "Omotenashi" hospitality.

Pizza 4P’s is an innovative Vietnam-based Japanese Italian pizza restaurant that started in Vietnam with a simple yet powerful mission: “Delivering Wow, Sharing Happiness”. We are known for crafting artisanal pizzas, homemade cheese, and unique East-meets-West flavors while embracing sustainability and community impact at the heart of everything we do. Today, we operate restaurants across Vietnam, Cambodia, Japan, India and Indonesia, and continue to grow with a vision of bringing people together through memorable dining experiences.

II. ROLE PURPOSE

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Interior Designer to join our Creative Team at Pizza 4P’s.

The Senior Interior Designer will act as the main liaison between the internal creative team and external architectural agencies, ensuring our design vision is faithfully translated into every project. The candidate will travel 20% of the time in Vietnam.

III. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Concept Creation & Brand Development

• Collaborate with the Creative Director to conceptualize new architectural and interior design concepts for upcoming 4P’s locations.

• Build mood boards, spatial concepts, and visual narratives aligned with brand values.

• Contribute to long-term spatial storytelling and customer experience design.

2. Coordination with Architecture & Design Agencies

• Act as the key design interface between Pizza 4P’s and external architectural partners.

• Translate internal creative direction into actionable design briefs.

• Review and challenge agency proposals to ensure alignment with 4P’s identity, materials, and sustainability standards.

• Participate in design reviews, technical meetings, and site visits to maintain design intent.

3. Restaurant Improvement Projects

• Audit existing restaurants to identify opportunities for spatial or aesthetic enhancement.

• Lead refurbishment projects integrating new materials, lighting, and furniture while maintaining brand consistency.

4. Execution & Technical Design

• Produce detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations when required.

• Coordinate materials, lighting, FF&E, and ensure design quality through construction.

5. Sustainability & Local Integration

• Promote sustainable design choices and local craftsmanship in all projects.

• Ensure each space reflects both the 4P’s aesthetic and its local cultural context.

IV. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar 3D software.

Strong sense of materials, composition, and spatial storytelling.

Good communication in English (Vietnamese).

V. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

4–8 years of professional experience in interior, architecture design, or hospitality design.

Proven experience working with architectural firms and contractors.

Creative & Strategic: Able to translate ideas into meaningful, functional spaces.

Collaborative: Strong interpersonal and communication skills across teams and agencies.

Organized: Able to manage multiple projects with clear priorities.

Detail-Oriented: Balances aesthetics and execution.

Curious: Keeps up with design trends and sustainability practices.
