- Makes sales forecast & planning including manage inventories and stock, keeping detailed records of inventory use and sales, and advising management on ordering where necessary
- Organizes and sets up sales team structure (roles, responsibilities, etc.) & provides sales skill training for team members to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain and develop relationship with customers (B2B, Horeca, Retail and B2C etc.) to archieve sales target
- Develop sales strategy and company sales procedures
- Ensure company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards
- Conduct reports by templates or as per request
- Provide quality customer service
- Nurture relationships with top accounts; lead the development of new products and services; participate in national sales conferences and high level sales negotiations; set targets & sales goals

- FMCG industry experience is a plus
