HCMC Clinic – Payable Accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION: • Collect payment request with fully supporting document from related department, review and verify the payment document to ensure it follow the company policy, tax regulation • Post transaction in to accounting system and prepare bank payment voucher • Monitor schedule of accruals account and prepayment. • Reconcile AP aging report, Inventory report. • Make sure all cost is fully captured at the end of period. • Liaise with the Bank for payment issue & Supplier’s queries related to invoices or payment status • Prepare the VAT report on monthly basic • Support chief accountant for preparing month schedule and others task as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS: • At least three years’ experience of working experience in finance and accounting. • Experience in working in organization dealing and liaising with people at different levels, both internal and external. • At least College graduate, accounting & auditing is preferred • Ability to work in English speaking working environment • Ability to achieve results in a fast paced, dynamic environment • Good oral and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines • Familiar with accounting software, Sun system is preferred • Self-motivation and initiative • Good interpersonal skills • Ability to work as part of a team • Strong business acumen and interest • Hard working, carefully and detailed consensus BENEFITS: • Attractive salary and bonus • Professional, dynamic working environment • If qualified candidate interested in this position, please send the English CV via VietnamWorks or to Raffles Medical Clinic in HCM: 285B Dien Bien Phu Street, HCMC, Viet Nam.
