• 6+ years of proven experience as HRM/ Senior HR Manager
• Experience working in a complex / matrix organization in large scale company
• Track record of leading planning process with excellent organizational and collaboration skills
• C&B Background is highly desired
• Strong of data analysis and reporting
• Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives
• Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
• Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in English
