HCMC - IT Operations Executive

YOUR MISSION:

As our IT Operations Executive, you will be the backbone of our technological operations in our Ho Chi Minh City offices and stores. Your primary mission is to ensure the stability, efficiency, and security of our IT environment. You will provide vital support to our end-users, manage the entire lifecycle of our IT devices, and play a key role in coordinating crucial IT projects, including new store openings. Your work will directly empower our teammates to achieve their business objectives and serve our sports users effectively.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.IT Device & POS Management (35%):

- Ensure all company IT devices (laptops, mobiles, tablets, cash tills) operate stably and efficiently through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues using diagnostic tools and software.

- Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our Point-of-Sale (POS) software systems, including user role management and feature configuration.

- Contribute to minimizing the environmental footprint of our IT devices by prioritizing repair and responsible recycling.

2.End-User Support (30%):

- Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users on operating systems (Windows, macOS) and various software applications.

- Diagnose and resolve software-related issues with patience and empathy, using remote support tools where necessary.

- Empower teammates by providing clear explanations and guidance, helping them work efficiently and confidently with their digital tools.

3.IT Project Coordination (20%):

- Manage and coordinate key IT projects and topics from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet objectives.

- Take the lead on IT deliverables for new store openings, overseeing the deployment of infrastructure, hardware (network, tills, mobiles), and software.

- Utilize your planning, tracking, and risk management skills to ensure project success.

4.Procurement & Collaboration (15%):

- Oversee the IT procurement process by sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing necessary devices while adhering to technical requirements and budget.

- Work closely with the network team to ensure devices and software function seamlessly within the company’s network environment (stores, office, warehouse).

- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to support our IT infrastructure.

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Have at least 2 years of professional experience in an IT support or operations role.

- Possess a recognized sense of customer service and enjoy helping others solve problems.

- A natural problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.

- An excellent communicator with patience, empathy, and the ability to work effectively in an international team using English.

- Be a proactive and organized team player who can manage time effectively and take initiative.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency with common operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS) and office software.

- Hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving hardware issues.

- A basic understanding of computer networking principles (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN).
