RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Quality Management:
- Control the Quality of the Products in lines and before shipment.
- Ensure the Quality system of your suppliers.
- Coach and train the Quality Team of your suppliers to continuously improve their systems.
- Ensure that Decathlon Compliance standards and the local regulation are respected, in terms of quality, safety, environment, toxicology, and social compliance.
2. Industrialization - Process Improvement:
- Participate, organize the pilot runs to ensure the quality and the productivity of the new products.
- Follow up and support the factory to improve production efficiency, production processes.
- Continuous improvement: Define bottle neck processes, then define action plans to improve Processes Efficiency in order to improve Production Leadtime and Cost.
3. Purchase - Costing:
- Build & Analyze the cost breakdown of the products to ensure reliable data and the best cost.
- Make quotations for new products to expand our business.
- Challenge the prices of your suppliers to ensure the best price for Vietnam business.

WHAT YOU OFFER US:
- Have a passion for Sports (Practicing Hiking/Trekking is a plus).
- Strong & solid know-how in suppliers management, quality system management.
- Experiences in Process Improvement, Costing & understanding of production flow.
- Good know-how in Rubber - Ball production is a plus.
- Correct English communication skills (Chinese speaking is a plus).
- Strong team spirit, open-minded.
- Strong willingness to learn new things and improve your-self.
- Business hunter mindset & result-oriented to expand your scope of business.
- Detail-oriented & work well with numbers (for product costing).
- Able to make decisions & influence others.
- Very good communications & inter-relation skills.
- You have at least 3 years of experiences in production field ( factory or brand side).
- You love to go to factory environment, on the field spirit.
