Mô Tả Công Việc
- Lead in preparation of guidance book for new banking products and transactions arising from operation activities.
- Coordinate with relevant Units in development for the guidance documents related to set up and manage the limit of operation expenditure of IVB.
- Provide suggestions to standardize booking entries and income/expense recording procedures to optimize IVB’s operation control risks and conform to Laws.
- Instruct IVB Units to implement IVB’s accounting policies, collect and receive all inquiries and feedback from IVB Units on Accounting Regimes and Policies.
- Set up tools to monitor the implementation on accounting policies/guidance at IVB
- Lead in setting up and reviewing standard set of user right on IVB’s Core banking system
- Check & comment on the request on non-standard user right on Core banking
- Lead in attendance of training courses, workshop organized by Government authorities to build up and revise Accounting Regime
- Participate in Finance and Accounting projects.
- Control vertically to prevent risks in accounting system and ensure data’s accuracy
- Coordinate with IVB Units to ensure all accounting transactions adjusted on time and comply to current accounting standards and internal regulations
- Support, guide BUs in making any accounting adjustment if any and make reports to find out: long suspended items, wrong booking items, … arising in IVB Units.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Having experience in drafting accounting policies/ guidance and accounting supervision
- Good skills of problem solving & decision making, communication & presentation, training
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience working the field of bank accounting
- English: TOEIC 700 or equivalent. Preferable for proficient English
