Head Of Admission

Vietnam Investments Group (VIG) is looking for a Head of Admission to work at our portfolio company - VTC Academy.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Head of Admission is responsible for overseeing and managing all admission activities within the organization to meet enrollment targets, develop effective admission strategies, and build a professional team. This role requires leadership skills, strategic thinking, and an in-depth understanding of the education market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working closely and in collaboration with Admission Leader from all Branches, jointly review and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and communication to ensure the successful delivery of student recruitment objectives, providing weekly reports to the Deputy CEO.

• To ensure that VTC Academy achieves the target growth and retention numbers in line with the annual budget.

• Ensure that you develop, execute, and regularly monitor marketing, retention, and admissions plans that direct each phase of the internal and external marketing processes.

• To create and implement a growth strategy and tactical business development plan that ensures student attraction, recruitment, and retention, based on the school's promises and stories.

• To ensure that all branches have an outreach program that widens network and positive relationships and reputation in and with the community.

• Ensure that every staff member in the branch company is aware of their role in attracting, converting, and retaining students and is actively and appropriately engaged in all three activities.

• To contribute to the broader business through sharing best practices with the wider community and supporting or driving business development opportunities.

• Other tasks: To be assigned by the Deputy CEO.

1. Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

2. Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in admissions, education, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a management role.

• Proven work experience as an Admissions Manager or similar role

• Experience in managing a diverse team of 20 members

• Ability to analyze and interpret information

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, networking, and verbal and written communication skills

3. Other skills

• Knowledge or experience in IT/Design is an advantage.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Ability to build, manage and motivate cross-functional high, performing teams.

• Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to different tasks at hand

• Proactive and able to prompt others to ensure deadlines and targets and achieve calm working under pressure.

• High level of integrity.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.
