KPI Bonus (1-3 months)
Mô Tả Công Việc
• Follow up, develop and implement automation projects in STF factory
• Training and hand-over automation to end users
• Coordinate with cross-functional team (IE, PDN, QA, SMT, MTN, PDC...) to implement automation projects.
• Source new automation machine/solution (Evaluate, conclude and implement)
• Work with internal stake holders as well as external suppliers on the product development activities
• Manage effectively & timely the project plan
• Manage/develop one Innovation team to drive KPI
• Perform other duties as assigned by direct report
• Open for expats who can speak Vietnamese or English

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Graduated from university majoring in IE, Automation and Engineering discipline
• Proven working experience as a project administrator
• Good command of English language and communication skills
• Familiar with PDCA, 5W1H
• Comfortable to operate in a demanding and fast-paced working environment
• Strong project management skills with ability to conduct and lead project meeting independently
