POSITION PURPOSE:
This role is responsible for ensuring the success of banking relationships to obtain the best tenor and interest rates for existing and new debt to fund TMG growth plans. Also, to lead the projects to take TMG and/or specific business pillars public.
MAJOR TASKS:
• Actively establish and enhance banking relationships to:
• Restructure existing debt to longer tenors and lower interest rates
• Secure new debt financing to fund growth plans
• Lead projects to take TMG and/or specific business pillars public
• Represent TMG at key events with or without ExCom members
• Support in ad hoc requests from the Board of Management as needed with Presentations, Speeches, Board Papers, etc.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Finance/ Accounting/ Economics or an equivalent degree
• Having banking relationships is a plus.
• Background and specific skillset – working for or with banks to structure debt, bond issuance, and taking a company public
• Required language: proficiency in English
• At least 05 years of experience in a similar role
• Self-starter who can produce great results with limited supervision
• Solid technical skills in valuation; proficiency in Excel modeling & PowerPoint
• Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
• Excellent research and writing abilities
• Confident presentation abilities
WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Working hours: 08:30am – 05:30pm, from Monday to Friday
• Travelling within the country/region if required
